I would highly recommend Warmerwise. I use their services for gas safety checks for rental properties. Laurie communicates and arranges all the works direct with the tenants and informs me when their plumbers will be attending the properties. All the staff I have encountered are punctual, professional and reliable. I have had a few emergency plumbing issues and Laurie has always managed to get a plumber to the tenant as soon as she can. I can't rate them enough!

I can honestly say I will never use anyone else. Not only can this company be trusted the owner Laurie is so reliable, so efficient, honest and always does jobs to outstandingly high standards. They are always on hand for any advice I’ve needed and nothing seems too much for them. They genuinely want to help and customers always come first. These days it’s so hard to find people in trades that really have a passion and care about what they do and really want to do jobs to a high standard but these guys do! Arranged through Laurie to have my boiler serviced, during the service Geraint identified an issue with low gas pressure which was not only increasing my heating bills but also posed a threat of a carbon monoxide leak, the problem was immediately raised with Wales and West who have now completed the works to ensure we have a safe gas pressure. So thankful to Laurie and her team for their vigilance and hard work.
A fantastic response and service from Warmer Wise. Contacted Laurie on Tuesday morning due to a leaking boiler; part identified and ordered the same day with the job completed by 2.30 on Wednesday afternoon!
